If you have questions on the installation and use of our products, you can contact the help desk. Examples that are covered by the free help desk:

  • How can I export 20-sim 4C measurement data?
  • 20-sim 4C does not start up!
  • I think I have found a bug. How to work around it ?

The use of the help desk is free of charge. You can contact the help desk by phone or e-mail.

 Support Contract

Any help that is covering more than teaching the use our products, requires a support contract. A support contract will cover topics like model analysis, fault detection and for example help on the purchase of hardware. Please contact Controllab Products for the price of a support contract. Examples that are covered by the 20-sim 4C support contract:

  • I have attached a 20-sim 4C project, how can I load it?
  • I have used hardware that is not supported by 20-sim 4C. Please give advice how to install Real-Time Linux.

A support contract can be purchased for a fixed amount of hours. At the start of each consult Controllab Products will give an estimate of the required amount of hours. After each consult an update of the remaining hours is given.

Consultancy Contract

Every task with a wider scope than the direct use of our products, is covered by a consultancy contract. As part of a consultancy task we will design models or for example analyze measurement results. Please contact Controllab Products for the price of a consultancy contract. Examples that are covered by the 20-sim 4C consultancy contract:

  • I need  a controller, can you create a 20-sim model for me?
  • I want my hardware to be supported by 20-sim 4C. Can you write the necessary drivers ?
